About The Picket Line

The Picket Line is a pro-union publication that indexes publicly available filings from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), including union representation petitions (RC cases), unfair labor practice charges (CA cases), and election results. Data is sourced directly from nlrb.gov and updated regularly through automated collection. Our hope is that easy access to information can support effective union organizing efforts. We plan to continue expanding the types of information available on the site.

Coverage is not guaranteed to be complete or current. Some filings may be missing, delayed, or incomplete — particularly for cases filed recently or outside the period covered by our historical imports. Union name and charging party information is available for a subset of cases and may not reflect the current status of a filing. Case outcomes, allegations, and other details may have changed since this data was collected.

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official publication of the National Labor Relations Board. Users should verify information directly at nlrb.gov before relying on it for legal, organizational, or research purposes. Although we endeavor to provide complete, accurate and timely data, The Picket Line cannot guarantee the data will be complete or error free.
